Tracy joined fishRecruit in 2008 after spending the previous 15 years in various brand, retail and digital marketing positions with companies such as Kraft, Unilever, Coke and Nike. As a former CPG marketer and hiring manager, she has an in-depth knowledge of the positions that she recruits for and a strong eye for talent. She is passionate about helping companies hire the right people while enabling candidates to find their ultimate career path. She shares the same values as fishRecruit – integrity, accountability and results – and enjoys helping her clients build stronger teams and business results by acquiring exceptional talent.
A graduate of the Commerce program at Queen’s University, Tracy also works part time with the Career Centre at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s to help students better navigate and pursue a career path in marketing.

What’s the best career advice you give to candidates
Listen to your heart and not your head when making most major career decisions and when the ‘fit’ and chemistry is there, you’ll know it. Occasionally, your head needs to override your heart for strategic career moves, but otherwise go with your gut!
Favorite thing to do on the weekend?
Most of my weekend is spent in hockey arenas watching my 3 kids who all play at various levels. I’m not a player myself but feel like an expert after watching hundreds of games and practices!
