The client is looking to take its meteoric brand to retail outlets around the globe. Retail locations will open in select locations across Canada and then continue to expand globally.

Capabilities Growth
The company is building out a retail division of their business and requires the right talent to do so. We previously worked with the client on recruiting candidates in merchandising, guest experience leaders, and operations and logistics roles to help them build retail capabilities.
New Role
Many of the roles that we placed were new to the company. We had to be precise and work closely with the client to ensure the right fit and experiences into the newly developed roles.
Global Knowledge
Global experience can be a scarce commodity in the Canadian retail landscape. We targeted companies that have global footprints and individuals that have international experience in their work history.
Outcome
Our mandate was to help find the people that could help the client grow their organization into a global retailer.
After opening its first location in Canada, the client has plans to open 20-25 additional locations throughout the world.
