Jaime has been in the retail industry for over 14 years, starting as a sales associate during university and eventually working her way into head office. She has held many roles in visual merchandising and buying and most recently held a Director of Merchandising position. Having the opportunity to hire her own teams along the way, she found a passion for recruitment and people.
