Neil brings a wide range of experience to Fish Recruit. He worked with many of the top CPG companies early in his career, including Pepsi, Kraft, Visa, and Nestle before successfully following his entrepreneurial urges in the Travel and Tourism Industry. As a result, he utilized his varied business experience to help him co-found and operate Canada’s first Hop-on Hop-off Transportation Network for backpackers and Independent Travelers. Neil’s most recent exploit saw him spend the past 10 years in sales and retail marketing for the world’s top video game publisher working some of the most iconic brands in entertainment such Call of Duty, Destiny, Guitar Hero, World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo, Skylanders to name a few.

Most people will spend 35% of their awake, adult life working…..so do what makes you happy. Life is too short.

Why did you choose to recruit?
What stands out the most from all my work experience are the people I met and the friendships I made. I really enjoy meeting new and interesting businesses and people every day. Helping connect them is very satisfying.

What do you enjoy doing on the weekend?
I’m usually very busy with my family. 3 sons and a daughter keep me hopping from arena to arena or field to field. When I’m not busy being a Husband/Dad, I like being outside…..no matter the season.
