Pam has worked in Human Resources consulting, outsourcing and leadership roles for over 15 years, with experience in multiple industries and corporate environments. Her experience includes both SME and enterprise environments, private and publicly owned, where she has developed a broad scope of expertise in Human Resources which she is leveraging in her current role as Principal, HR Practice at fishRecruit. Moving into a talent acquisition role is a natural fit for Pam, given the extensive network she has built throughout her career. As an HR professional, her greatest sense of accomplishment came from connecting top talent with the right opportunity.
Although a true generalist by experience, Pam specializes in connecting her clients with talented HR professionals who can develop and execute on HR strategies that will solve their greatest “people” challenges and take their businesses to the next level. By leveraging her HR experiences, in both corporate HR and client consulting services, she is uniquely positioned to understand her clients’ needs and fulfill their talent requirements.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College, Pam is also a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA).
What’s the best career advice you give to candidates?
If you want to propel your career forward, work for a manager that recognizes your potential and believes that your success is ultimately their success.
Favorite thing to do on the weekend?
Spend time with family and friends. I love to cook, renovate houses and travel.
